“This store is a godsend in the world of retail. The workers are engaged, polite, and informed of the store around them. The photo department is well run, the store is well stocked and the Walgreens radio is at worst tolerable. I was assisted by a worker named Kia who provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to provide me with an experienced knowledge of where products were, what they did, and how to get the best deal. Would give more stars if I could.”

“Last night I called Walgreens a few minutes after 9:00 pm and asked the clerk if Western Union was still accessible on their computer. The young lady (Brianna) wasn't sure, so she said she would ask her manager. Her manner was so positive that my wife, having overheard her said, "Wow, that is a friendly clerk!"I asked if that was unusual from Walgreens or just unusual in general. She said in general. It is not always easy to find service industry workers with a positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, especially at 9:00 at night. When someone stands out, as Brianna did, I like to try to let the manager know or give a good review. What she found out and shared with me saved me a wasted trip to Walgreens that evening, while I was not feeling well. Thank you, Brianna.”

“I can not say enough about Tyler, a Super 1 employee. I was sick with the flu and could not get Tamiflu. I had tried to get the prescription else ware and they did not inform me they did not have any Tamiflu until I went to pick it up. I called Super 1 and talked to Tyler. He took care of the entire process of getting my prescription transferred and filled. Customer service like I received from Tyler is rare these days. Will definitely be using Super 1 for pharmacy in the future.”

“I can’t begin to tell you how great this place is. It’s a Hometown pharmacy in Ruston, la. The pharmacist, Mr. Phil is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He goes above and beyond to help save you as much money as possible and he is always trying to do whatever needed to get any insurance problems fixed that can be fixed on his end. Most pharmacies now days try playing Dr instead of Pharmacist instead of just doing their job which is to fill what your Dr. Called in period! Thank you Mr. Phil for treating me like a person and not judging me when I come in. He treats all his customers with the kindness and respect everyone deserves! He doesn’t shout your information across the whole pharmacy like most other’s do now. I just can’t say enough good things about him and also his staff! He is one that follows that Golden rule from the Bible , and I hope he’s around for a long time to come! God bless you for your kindness. If you live 30 or so miles away believe me it’s worth your time to travel and see him. You will in no way regret your decision to do so!!!! I would rate it a 10 star pharmacy , but since there are only five he gets all five without a doubt!!!! Thank you again!”
