I really like two things about this place.1. The people who have helped me there, especially Miss Liz Johnson.2. The building itself. Super convenient location, huge and easy to navigate parking lot, and very pleasant interior.

Had an issue with a payment going through that should have been blocked (filed a report last time it happened) which isn't a huge deal in and of itself, but I got charged an overdraft fee since I don't keep much money in it because this is just a secondary account I used for my gym membership and Amazon account. Also, not a big deal, except when I called to take care of it and ask why it happened again, nobody would tell me anything. They said I had to talk to "Grace" who was mysteriously never available for a phone call, never returned any of the NINE messages I left,a the two times I stopped in, was out for the day... So I decided if they didn't care about my account, then I suppose I won't either. I waited 60 days for a response and never got one. Eventually the account was closed for having a negative balance for too long. I'm amazed at the terrible service. I will not be using or recommending this bank anymore.
