Went in bought a battery for a lawn mower. Got charged the FULL price, guy told me he accidentally printed out the core receipt. Told me I could still get my money back for the core when I brought it back in. Went back a couple of days later to get my core charge back and they took the old battery but said they had already took the core charge off the price, which the receipt clearly shows they didn't. Total scam. 0/100 stars if I could

uh so I just came here to get lightbulbs for my car and the guy helping me started to help people who got here after me instead and ive been waiting outside for 15 minutes.. im just gonna leave now, this was supposes to be a quick trip and i have places to be..

I went to O'Reilly Auto in Ruston, LA. The workers were friendly , professional, and very helpful. I needed a battery, coolant, steering wheel fluid for my car. The worker checked my battery and verified that I needed a new one. He took the old one out and replaced it with the new. He also poured the fluids in my vehicle. Great service. I gave a great tip ?. Excellent service.
