From entering the front door to exiting the front door this clinic is phenomenal! Doctors are very caring and your pet stays in the room during the exam. The techs are very knowledgeable and make sure that you have all medications and know correct dosing before leaving. I love that the medication’s are double checked before dispensing to us. The front desk is very helpful as well. They create a positive atmosphere when walking in and not a chaotic one. The prices are very fair And below what I have previously paid at other clinics There is not one thing about this place that I would change. Dr. Mounts got it right when setting up this clinic!

Best staff, vet techs, and vets. I won’t go anywhere else. They really care about my fur babies. LL saw Dr. Bailey who is thorough, skilled, and ensures I understand the diagnosis and care. Love her!

All total awesome, but they did forget to take out her( my fur baby) i.v input, but she was good. And I was happy about what they did, and they answered all my questions and some I didn't even think of. Well be taking my other baby there.

I have used Cypress Creek Animal Hospital for the past 7 years I have lived in Ruston. They are always fantastic, as the teams have changed over the years they have always provided top notch care. They have kept my children healthy and when it was time for them to cross the rainbow bridge they have been there showing great love and compassion which has been a great comfort to me. I highly recommend them and their facility. You cannot find better.
