Just in town for a few days from Texas. They charged my teen son and I a reasonable amount. Nice folks; good facility.

Gym is very small, equipment very old and poorly maintained, music was so loud you can’t hear your own music, benches were harder than rocks, for some reason there was a strobe light????? Terrible experience anytime would be a better alternative

Great addition to the Ruston area. The Gym has great equipment, with an energizing lifting atmosphere. Being Locally owned is a plus!

If you despise Lambright's rather short hours this is a great pick. If you dislike Planet Fitness just in general then this is a good pick.
