Just in town for a few days from Texas. They charged my teen son and I a reasonable amount. Nice folks; good facility.

Gym is very small, equipment very old and poorly maintained, music was so loud you can’t hear your own music, benches were harder than rocks, for some reason there was a strobe light????? Terrible experience anytime would be a better alternative

A clean gym with classic equipment (that is taken care of), hype music on the loud speakers, and just an all-round great vibe and environment for serious lifters! If you live in the Ruston area and don’t train here, what are you doing?! 10/10 recommend!!

love this place best gym within 400 miles. the environment the staff the music get you hyped and people there are so friendly nothing bad to say and clean but yet can still throw weight around like God intend.. light weight baby

If you despise Lambright's rather short hours this is a great pick. If you dislike Planet Fitness just in general then this is a good pick.
