Thankful to Clint, the young gentleman at the construction end, who was THE ONLY person to be helpful at the Lowe’s in Ruston. So disappointed at the lack of customer service. Never going back!

A washer and dryer was ordered and said to be delivered and installed on Friday, but due to prior engagements, they called and said that they would wait for 15 more minutes. About 5 minutes after the 15 minute mark, they were already gone and onto the next stop. When calling Lowes, they said that the next delivery date would be Sunday from 4-8 pm. We waited all day for the set to come in, but it did not. Once we checked the delivery status online, it said that it was supposed to come between 5-9 pm, so we gave it some more time. After 9:15, we tried calling Lowes and they were closed so we could not reach anyone. The next day, we called them in the morning to wonder when our delivery would be coming in, and they said that it was supposed to be Tuesday. Waited all day Tuesday. Still hasn't come in. Then we called Lowes again to ask. They said Wednesday. Waited all day Wednesday. Nothing. Each time, they would say that the truck has already returned to the store and that they could not send out a truck. If I could, I would honestly give the store a 0/5 for its poor customer service and delivery. Plus, it still hasn't come in!!

I specifically ordered a refrigerator that was in stock on 5/24/22. The guy that was ordering it even went to the back to make sure it was in the back. It was to be delivered 6/6/22. That morning I got a call that it would not be delivered because it wasn’t at the store and it wouldn’t be in stock till July. Later that morning I got a call that it wouldn’t be July, but they wouldn’t have any in stock till Tuesday, so it couldn’t be delivered till Wednesday or after. I scheduled the delivery for Thursday. They just delivered the completely wrong refrigerator. This was all scheduled and picked to be available for a day when I was off work and where we could guarantee it would be there. TBD if they deliver the correct one tomorrow

This store is BEYOND bad. I ordered $ 3500 in flooring. Was assured I'd get a couple of days notice on delivery. I get a call on Sunday Night at 7:39 that it will be delivered tomorrow AM....to an unoccupied rental property. I have alerted everyone in this process that they will have to get a key from Management Company. ...No problem they say. It doesn't open until 9am tomorrow. Called Lowe's who of course forwards you 10 plus times to numbers that no one answers....then refers you to a third party and also doesn't answer...and then when you call the installer they are closed too. Beyond frustrating! Never again!! Does anyone know Who the manager is there?

The only reason I gave a one star reviews because it would not let you leave zero stars. Worst lows on this planet. Drive an hour in the opposite direction just to shop there to help them rebuild their infrastructure by shopping there after a tornado and I made a call to see if they had what I was looking for prior to arrival. After being transferred five times back to the recorded line to keep looping the process I finally asked to speak to the manager and for another 15 minutes we repeat the process over and over and over again. It is Thursday, May 23rd, 2019 at approximately 7 PM in the evening so you can figure out if you were on shift by looking at the calendar and noting the time if you happen to read this horrific review of your pitiful establishment. I'm embarrassed to say that I even shop at this place. I will be going back to Home Depot where at least I expected this kind of service there. Never would I have expected it from Lowe's. Brittany and Tracy are the managers on shift is what I was towed but I never had the opportunity to speak to them because either the operator was playing a game and just having fun transferring me or they just couldn't be reached, I don't know and furthermore I don't care. Do not shop at this pitiful place. Save yourself the time and confusion.

I'm having the worst experience with the Ruston Lowes. Purchased Wood flooring for my entire home in Jan 2017 however as of today the job has not been completed. The issue started with the front door needing to be adjusted after I had that fixed I called them to finish the job. Twice the installer were scheduled to come out but failed to show up. They didn't call to inform me that they were not coming I had to call and ask for a follow up. I truly regret not using Cissy flooring. Being new to the town I went with a corporate name with now a huge disappointment. I later hired Cissy flooring for some tile work. They were professional and did a great job.

To make a long story shorter, my husband was under time constraints, 3 weeks, to get laminate wood floors purchased and laid in our newly purchased home. Lowe's was aware of the time frame and accepted both the job and our money. The first step was measuring our floors which took days for someone to come out. Next, the people who measure have to communicate said measurements to Lowe's. This took almost another week! WTH? Hubby was informed that the color choice we originally chose was a special order thus, we chose another color to facilitate the job. We were assured that Lowe's could do the job and that the laminate was available. With only days left in the original time frame, Lowe's phoned my husband and told him they could not do the job!!!!!! This Lowe's is the WORST. There is an utter lack of professionalism and communication here. Thankfully we found "Cissy's Flooring & More." They used better laminate and completed the job from measuring, again, to finish in merely a few days! Thank you for dropping the ball Lowe's. We ended up with a much better job from an extremely professional company.

This Lowe's is great! I needed some equipment to help me hook up my washer and dryer and they helped get it done. I called first to ask about my dryer's plug that didn't fit in to the wall, they transferred me to the right department which the guy knew exactly what I'd need. When we went in, we were greeted by the guy we spoke to. He showed us the few items we needed and they were all affordable. We quickly checked out. Definitely recommended if you need to fix something.
