They don’t know anything about vehicle repair. Very disrespectful. Price gouging at an all time high. We took our truck there for air conditioner. Told us we needed a new compressor bought the compressor they put it on. (It was closing time) Left got right in front of Taco Bell and truck started running bad. A 20 minute ride home took 1 hour. Got home my husband looked under the hood and they had cut wires and the compressor was hooked wrong. Took it back on a wrecker mind you because it wouldn’t crank. Truck sat there a week. Still didn’t get it cranked. After spending all that money on air compressor, towing to and from.still no air but my husband did get it cranked. UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not recommend.

Won't go back waste of time and money the owner was very disrespectful Went to go get a front alignment and said they couldn't fix it. Sat there 2 hours it still wasn't fixed need to close it down sorry service

Took my car by for a simple alignment. I was told they couldn’t do the alignment without replacing the front 2 tires and that I needed both new struts. They quoted me over $400. When I got back in my car, it reeked of cigarette smoke. This is absolutely unacceptable. I brought my car to another shop for a second opinion & they did the alignment for me and I only had to pay $72 to fix 2 camber bolts. I did not need new struts and I certainly did not leave with my car smelling like cigarettes either. Absolutely terrible experience and I will not be back.

This place has been bought out and the service is awful. My parents took their car for an alignment. When they got it back it was stalling. When they took it back to them they tried to fix it but had messed up the electronics. Needless to say they had to take it elsewhere to be fixed. They do not know what they're doing.

Having to get new tires out of town will subject you price gouging. Also, tires were over inflated and they did not have the tool or maybe experience to know that some vehicles require tms to get all tires to be notice the vehicle diagnostics system.

I would not recommend going to them at all. I went in to get some lug nuts put on and ended up getting my cv axle changed. Now my car is out of line the right side is popping. Terrible wait times. I went back to them get an alignment and now my car is even worse.

Put one of my directional tires on backwards .what d*** a.. does that ? I'm a 69 year old lady and know that directional means one way, didn't knotice until I was having the car washed 2 weeks later. Been calling for a week no answer, went by Friday no one there. Who knows???

Was assaulted by the owners son ( owner Steve Kirbow son Charlie Kirbow ) Because me and his dad were in a argument he ran up behind me and rammed me from behind like a football player giving me whiplash. What he did to me is even legal in football. Then our good old rust in PD would do nothing about it because they didn't want to ruin anybody's holiday because it was the Friday before Christmas. But, there was no visual marks on me because of how he hit/ rammed me. And then of course all of his employees lied because they were in fear of losing their jobs. Witch I can understand stand to a point. I hope the alcoholism catches up with you Kirbow.

Every customer and automobile is treated with love and respect. They've checked and repaired several vehicles of mine. Once Kirbow even saved me money by tightening a bolts instead of replacing a whole control arm.
