Brought a flat tire in for repair. Was expecting to purchase a whole new tire, but they got my old one patched and mounted for just $17. Will use them again.

Came camping and wound up with a tire loosing pressure. Stopped at Joe’s. They changed my valve stem and was no charge. Extremely nice people and not to mention clean. Awesome service. Thanks for getting my baby back in the road.

On our way to Canton, we had a blow out, having a wheel stuck on our truck, Brother David Buckley stopped to help, recommended Joes Tire for us to get a new one. Having to travel so far we didn’t trust that far in the spare even though it’s full size.
We are truly thankful for their fast service and understanding of our needs.
Even though they were short staffed, we thank Mrs Dill for her help and support.
I highly recommend this Tire shop for their service is truly personal and professional!

Absolutely amazing tire shop, I had looked all over ruston for some high quality tires for my truck and Joe's more than delivered. Amazing customer service, staff, and they even respected my request to use a 4 way instead of an impact on my lugnuts. I will 100% be going back.

I had a nail in one of my tires and I went to Walmart and another local place and they said they could not fix my tire, that I needed a new one, and neither place had my tire in stock. I called ahead to Joe’s and they were super helpful! I went in expecting to pay for a new tire and they were able to fix it instead for under $20 and I was there for probably only 20 minutes. 100% recommend! :)

Joe’s Tire Service is a great company to deal with. They are very accommodating & will do whatever they can to help you out. Today (6/4/2024) I needed to have a tire checked & I called them at 4:45. They told me to come on in & they would check it and repair it if necessary. I got there at 4:55. They found a small hole in my tire & fixed it. Very nice people to deal with. Thank you Joe’s Tire Service of Ruston.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Joe’s Tire Service , and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issue with my tire and explaining the repair process in detail.
What impressed me the most was the efficiency and quality of their work. My tire was fixed in no time, and I felt confident driving away knowing it had been handled by experts. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the short wait pleasant. Moreover, their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service provided.
I also appreciated their honesty and transparency—no hidden fees or unnecessary upsells. Overall, Joe’s Tire Service exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire repair or related services. They have certainly earned my trust and future business!

I have never felt so pampered by a tire shop in my life! Everyone is so sweet and truly cares about your safety. We live in a completely different state but will only use them for now on!

Man these people are amazing as soon as I walked in they helped me and I told them what I needed I got two tires for the front of my car they had me taken care of before I could even finish a cup of coffee!!! This place has the best customer service I have ever seen in a small business around Ruston !!!!! This is my second set of tires I have bought from them I have convinced my whole family to start using them !!!! Truly an amazing super friendly place !!!

We couldn't be more happy with the service we received from Joe's Tire Service in Ruston, La. We were traveling from Florida to Texas with a school trailer, when a damaged tire was discovered on the trailer. Within 15 minutes of walking in, they had placed the spare on and we were rolling down the road. Wow. You don't find friendly service like this very often.

BEST tire shop in Ruston. Instead of just charging me for a new tire and calling it a day, these guys tried multiple times to patch it (a difficult job for this specific puncture) and were successful, saving me lots of money, costing me only $25. Rest assured they wont scam you and genuinely try to help. W business.
