Can truly say I’m in love with my new truck; and I couldn’t have done it without the help from Darren and Mrs. Collins! Wonderful job, great communication, DID NOT RUSH! Let me emphasize, I don’t like walking into a place and the only thing they try to do is overly sell something. Clearly I’m here to buy ? but don’t push it! The staff here did NOT do that! The service department employees are very friendly and professional. We were traveling and our water pump burst. They got us up and running as fast as they could. When we left, we felt like we knew them personally. They were that nice!

Wish I would have look at the reviews. Sent my Expedition in yesterday for engine check due to light on. They were suppose to change spark plugs and #6ignition coil. They were offering pick up and delivery (which I though was great service). Lady drove it to my house gave me invoice and I paid them. Later got in my vechile which now has no air at all, which worked fine before going in. Also the engine is now stalling out and whole car is shaking! This was a Friday evening so nothing I can do till Monday morning. So now I have a vechile with no air on a 100 degree week with an unsafe stalling out engine. Very very disappointed, especially with the fact they drove the vechile back to my home and would have noticed the car was not running right and said nothing .

Caleb Ashely was amazing to work with. Straight to the point, no pushing about other vehicles. We told him what we wanted (explorer) and what monthly payment was good for us and he made it happen and we couldn’t be happier. My wife loves her car. I wish the f150s had a good interest rate because he would get another sale from my family!
