I am having fun and doing something about how I feel and losing weight in the process. I just had to get out of my own way.. everyone is so nice and helpful.. love all the trainers and coaches that I have met so far.. Strongly recommend!!”

“Great gym with great staff and customer service! I lost my key fob to my car while working out and couldn't find it anywhere. After I had my spare brought to me and contacted the gym on Facebook, one of the staff went to the gym and searched until they found the fob wedged far up under a workout machine. As if that wasn't enough, they even delivered it to my husband at his work in town. Truly above and beyond customer service”
