“Have a account with them. It’s ok but I’m definitely switching to Navy Federal Credit union. Centric cannot do anything on their end. You either have to wait a day or 2 just to get my number changed. I need my number updated for zelle and they can’t even do that. Smh. That supposed to be simple.Update!!!I called back after about a hr. It was a lady named Angela at the West Monroe location in customer service she was so “Amazing” everything that I was trying to get done for almost a month. She took care of my situation in 30 mins. I’m 2 states away for work and can’t wait a day and definitely wasn’t trying to drive back to Louisiana to get it handled. She gave me hope for Centric Federal Credit Union. She made my day even more better. Thank you again Angela!!!”
