My son wanted an after school snack and wanted an Coke Icee, so we stopped at U-Pak-IT because it was close to his school. You would think all Icee's taste the same, but apparently not because he said it was much better than the last one he had at another gas station.

Every time I’ve been to this location, whether I was going in the store or stopping at one of the food stands, the staff, management, and owners all were courteous and helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. The service is always quick and the people are always kind. No complaints from me.

Location is perfect and the car wash is awesome. The station did a great job on their remodel and added some great new bathrooms. Store has a friendly staff always with a smile.

My Family and I are traveling to Georgia. Stopped at Chevron in Ruston for Gas and to use the restrooms at 2am. The two staff workers male, and female ( I didn't get their names ?) but they had the best customer service! Both were very pleasant and friendly. The male was outside cleaning the parking lot of trash and leaves, the store is VERY clean and well in tack. We have stop at several Chevrons traveling and this is the #1 gas station by Chevron. The restrooms were magnificently clean!!! We felt VERY comfortable using the restroom. The store had a very warm and welcoming feeling! Love love love it. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR TRAVEL EXPERIENCE MUCH SMOOTHER! MAY GOD BLESS CHEVRON RUSTON CREW. HAPPY NEW YEAR

THE MOST EXPENSIVE GAS STATION THERE IS IN RUSTON. GAS ALWAYS 20 TO 35 CENTS HIGHER THAN EVERYONE ELSE IN TOWN. EXPECT TO PAY ALMOST DOUBLE FOR ANYTHING IN THE STORE OR AT LEAST 1 & 1/2 TIMES MORE THAN AVERAGE PRICE. CAN DRIVE DOWN A FEW EXITS AND SAVE ALOT OF MONEY. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF STUDENTS GOING TO LA TECH WITH THESE PRICES. DONT GO THERE.

Half the employees are cool, some rude, and a couple are racist. After 4 years of exclusively getting my gas and ice there every day, I won’t be back.

This store is completely ripping people off , a bottle of water rang up for 4.99 , everything is marked way up to rip students off , pathetic at best
