I actually hate having to write this, but Chase Bank has allowed a non-company owner to withdraw over $50,000 from one of my company accounts 6 months ago and told me "our bad". Which I was able to get over and spend my own time and money for criminal charges and lawsuit due to Chase not protecting my corporate assets.For the last few weeks, we've been trying to DEPOSIT checks into our company acct that are made out to one of our DBA names (aka a "fictitious business name"), and Chase Bank in Ruston is unable to understand how a DBA works, nor can they be bothered to read the emails I have with ALL of the chain of custody outlined for DBA and Legal name agreement.Bank of America has a simple paragraph on their website detailing this exact process and how to deposit commercial banking checks with a DBA, but NO ONE at Chase in Ruston can figure it out? Make it make sense! Embarrassing.

Stopped in to have a couple of things taken care of today and The two young ladies that was there I believe one was in management position and the other one a teller . Both young ladies were very knowledgeable very professional I forgot to ask their name but if I ever need service at Chase Bank I would definitely go to the two of them again outstanding job ladies. I am the lady from Texarkana Texas?

After approximately 30 years, 2 days before Christmas Chase froze my accounts knowing all the automatic deposits and automatic bills paid through these accounts with 0 warning!! And Zero explanation!! Not a trustworthy Bank to do business with

I used to love this bank until I discovered the employee bigotry toward the visually impaired at this branch. A visually impaired person asked me for a ride to this bank. As I have to be at work at 8, she said that she would just wait outside the bank until it opened at 9. I received a phone call shortly after 8 that I would need to come pick her up as an employee told her clients are not allowed to wait outside the bank for it to open. While I understand security protocols, this interaction was rude and did not take into account that some people have limited access to transportation.

Tried to deposit a chase check and they put a 2 day hold. Been with this bank for years. Teller stamped it before she told me there was a hold on it or I would not if deposited it.
