Bestway is the best! If by chance they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will offer, suggest or provide an answer. Best advice, try Bestway first before any big box store.

This place is pretty cool. They have a lot of different things from appliances, TVs, furniture, sound systems, even bicycles. The store is clean and well organized. The staff seems to be pretty knowledgeable about the things they sell but what really sets them apart is Alex. He is extremely knowledgeable and very handsome. His eyes are like amber waves within golden topped grain. He makes me remember what it means to be an American. His devotion to his customers really makes you wish he was a personal friend. The sense of security he gives off when speaking is almost like he's saying "I got you". I wish he would wear his hair down more often though. Michael the owner is very personable and knows his stuff(but Alex really seals the deal for me personally). It's rare these days to go into a business and have the owner have a 1 on 1 conversation with you about your kitchen remodel. The delivery is second to none. They will walk you through how to use your new appliances and set up features you might be unfamiliar with. Even after the sale, they're always on call to answer questions. This area is where Alex also particularly shines.TL;DR: Neat place. Go see Alex.

Michael and Alex are some the of the nicest most genuine people you could hope to meet. Alex is extremely helpful and will go above and beyond to get you the appliance you need. Michael will stand behind any product he sells, 100%. Ruston is lucky to have a great appliance company service its citizens!

This is the only place you should go to for appliances, furniture, and electronics! Their customer service and prices are awesome! Alex is knowledgeable and personable! He has hooked up TVs, fireplace TV stand, refrigerator, and stove for us. Plus he was patient with our questions and old fashioned knowledge of products. Michael, the owner, treats his customers like family.

The staff at BestWay in Ruston was very helpful and friendly. They helped me measure some refrigerators and wrote information down, so I could go home and see how it would fit in my kitchen space. I ended up getting a better price here for the same appliance I priced somewhere else. Michael says he will not be beat in prices, and he is telling the truth! We love our new refrigerator!

Have purchased tv's over the years and product and owner and employees are AOK. Today purchased refri/freezer and delivered same day.Alex who delivered was efficient and courteous. Very pleased!!!

I am very pleased with my new washer I purchased this week. It was so nice to go to a family owned business that cares for their customers. I never even walked into the local big box store. It was a one stop shopping experience for me. Michael Lee is a great salesman. Also, the delivery guys were very professional. I highly recommend shopping at Bestway for quality merchandise and service.

I ordered appliances a year ago. Once the appliances arrived at the store, we did not receive one called. I also had moved states (12 hours away) after appliances were ordered. They agreed to have them shipped. I agreed to pay shipping costs. I have got the run around and lie after lie. I have been told 5 or more times appliances were being shipped/on truck/ at the shipping warehouse.... Then the sales associate admits he messed up, and offered to cover the shipping with express shipping so we would have them by Christmas. I never received a tracking number but he assured me the appliances were on a truck headed to us and they were in Atlanta on they're way. -a blatant lie!! We were recently told the truth, (so we think) the appliances were never shipped because Bestway never paid the shipping company. These appliances apparently have been sitting in their store for 2 months or more. We even told them in the beginning we would come get them if we needed to however they insisted on shipping them to us and making it right. I am now worried we got completely scammed and their no appliances at all.

Locally owned and operated so that’s a plus. Good honest people providing good products. I bought a chest freezer there and was very happy so when I needed a fridge I got one there too. Prices are always slightly cheaper than Lowe’s and the service is personal. I would recommend to anyone who values local business more than corporate America. Will definitely be back for my next purchase.

I've bought several items from here and they've always done me well, very knowledgeable staff, very professional, very nice and curtious I've never felt like they try to direct me to the most expensive items to make a good sale. In fact I went to buy a dryer once and was about to buy one that was too much dryer for what I would need it for and they directed me to a different one that was just what I needed and ended up spending about $500-700 less than what i would've spent if I had went with the one I was going to get. These guys are awesome and will always have my business
