“Have a account with them. It’s ok but I’m definitely switching to Navy Federal Credit union. Centric cannot do anything on their end. You either have to wait a day or 2 just to get my number changed. I need my number updated for zelle and they can’t even do that. Smh. That supposed to be simple.Update!!!I called back after about a hr. It was a lady named Angela at the West Monroe location in customer service she was so “Amazing” everything that I was trying to get done for almost a month. She took care of my situation in 30 mins. I’m 2 states away for work and can’t wait a day and definitely wasn’t trying to drive back to Louisiana to get it handled. She gave me hope for Centric Federal Credit Union.
