“After a minor fiasco at the Toyota dealership, I came here to get a battery. The counter guy, Morris, took great care of me. He had my battery tested and after my purchase decision, changed out in no time. Very happy with the customer service I received here and confident that if I have any problems with my new battery, it will show in their system. Back in to Advance again today replacing a boat battery. Got what I thought was a really good deal on a deep-cycle marine and as always, I was taken care of like I was that special customer and not just someone else walking through the door. A young lady named Tammy took care of me this time, offering me an extended warranty on this purchase, which i gladly took. I can always be assured that my purchases here are always in the system if I have issues down the road or lake. Still have one more battery to replace and I will definitely bring it here to replace it.”

“The dealership advised me a new gasket would fix my leaking door and a rear door actuator would fix my door that only locked manually. The cost from the dealership was astronomical so I decided to look for a local body guy and Kelley's didn't disappoint. A fair bid for the job coupled with a thorough follow through with the work provided me in less then two hours with a new gasket and actuator, and without asking he gave the old parts. This goes a long way with me for recognizing his integrity as a business owner. It turned out the gasket didn't fix my leak, the next day Joe worked on my vehicle found the source of the leak in record time and didn't hesitate to show me that this fixed my problem without charging me anything extra. This is what I call A class service. Thanks”
“Approximately 2 years ago my granddaughter while attending tech was involved in an accident which the insurance co deemed a total wreck. Massive damage was caused to the front end. The car is a Nissan Maxima. I had it towed to Jim Taylor body shop and decided to have it repaired instead of totaled. Even though it was a Nissan Ken the shop foreman bent over backwards to get the work done to a near flawless condition down to a perfectly blended paint job. With me living 4 hrs away Ken was very patient keeping me up to date on the phone and making me feel that his number one priority was to give my granddaughter back a car that was safe.. I did not have to bring it back for any redos. Fast forward two years and the car had an issue that I thought was a transmission problem. Not knowing anyone in Ruston I went to the one man I knew I could trust, Ken.. He suggested a shop that I brought it to. Come to find out it wasn’t the transmission but a much lesser problem and fixed it in one day. Honest people know other honest people. So if you need body work or have a child away at school Ken will look out for them.Services: Body & Trim”
