The staff was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and organized. The only reason I gave 4 instead 5 stars was bc of the wait time. The was only 2 employees helping customers and there were 3 other customers waiting including me. But other than that I would recommend this AT&T store.

The service I received at the Ruston AT&T store was excellent! Shanitra was friendly & persistent in resolving my issue. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and personable representative to assist me. Hopefully, I won't require additional assistance in the future, but if I do - she's the rep that I'll wait on.

A sales rep told me not to buy cause they are pressured from upper leader ship to force sales onto you . From the Ruston store all the way down to the lake Charles store . This is disgusting to hear this type of fraudulent orders going on in these AT&T stores … I will most definitely move my service else where . ALL BE CAUTIOUS THEY SUBMIT ORDERS JUST TO GET A SALE .. THE WHOLE STATE OF LA AT&T STORES NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED

It's a very slow process, never think you'll be in and out. When they do get to you they are very helpful.

In an ongoing endeavor to connect to the world, I ended up here at the at&t store. We moved away from town out in the Vienna community within the last year and internet connections here are pretty much non-existent. After speaking to them on the phone they assured me they could provide service. I was taken care of by a young lady named China, she was very sweet and just a pleasure to set my new account up with. I was informed they don't issue you equipment when you start the account, you have to wait for it to be mailed to you. After trying to explain to them that there was no physical connection at this address, actually no hardline from the service line to my home, they informed me I would have to wait until I received the equipment and then they would issue a work order for the connection. I questioned why they did not do so in advance, I was told that was the way it was done and there was no way to change this. So this puts us waiting for equipment x amount of days and then waiting on the line to be installed. This will be an ongoing post, I will keep this updated to see how long it takes to get this service. Signed up for this service March 20th, received equipment March 31st. It seems AT&T are on top of their game, my service was scheduled on the 3rd and was installed. The technician, Casey, a very pleasant young man, took care of us, over and above his designated duties. Other than the fact that this is not the 10 Mbs connection I was told I would receive, but a 1.0 Mbs connection, I am happy to be connected to the world again. Consider this post ended, Happy customer.

I had a bad experience with the AT&T store in Ruston, I had someone removed from my business account to be transferred to another account in AT&T. I called costumer service 3 times to clarify I had released his number, and added him on my account as an authorized user. So he had all the right to get the phone number and bill of the phone off my account onto his own. The sales rep. said it was not possible, even though costumer service stated 3 times that it was possible. She canceled his number and billed the remaining balance of the old phone “$600” onto my account, and he had to start a new number buy a new phone. After speaking with another representative this morning, we came to the conclusion that the current phone could have been transferred and I did not have to pay the remaining balance of the phone.

We were second in line to be seen but waiting about 40mins 4 more people walked in an a service person who lied to us about our first phone with atat put me, my wife, baby, and toddler, would've been the sixth in line but the guy just walked right past us ignoring us.

Our rep Evan was the best. Acknowledged us when we walked in, explained wait time. Very knowledgeable about our current situation, and helped us figure out our solution!
