Rude and unhelpful.Response to owner: the woman at the front desk was very nice and communicative to me. I have had my windshield replaced here before, which is why I came back to see if there was anything Acme could do for my sunroof. I was aware that there was already silicone sealant on my sunroof, and I had already told the woman at the front desk this as well. I’m not sure if that information was passed on to the man who looked at my car, but he came in and told me there was nothing he could do to fix it, which I understood completely. The problem was not that he was unable to fix it, but that he mumbled underneath his breath the entire time and acted annoyed as to the fact that I even came in before going to a dealership. He never communicated with me that he was unable to open my sunroof because of the leftover silicone (he just told me something was broken), and I did not realize that this was an issue for him, as I had previously opened my sunroof right before coming to Acme today.Service: Auto windshield replacement
