Will from Ace auto towing came to the rescue today after I hit a huge deer and it left us stranded off of 1-20. He was so nice and took us to a nearby hotel. Even helped us bring in our luggage. Highly recommend!!

Tow driver was awesome! Dropped me off at hotel when he picked my rig up. Had to get moving the next day and the guys at ace got it done for me! Highly recommend!!!

Very helpful company. Kevin took excellent care of me on the phone and Will got me to a auto care center quickly and with great conversation. He even tried to get me somewhere he trusts more, but unfortunately it was too late and they were already closed. He even offered to give me a ride over to McDonald's since I hadn't eaten today.

I recently got into a wreck, and the towing man, Will was so nice. I was truly distraught over my car, crying every second of the night. He was as gentle as could be considering the circumstances. I have a front plate on my car that he did not have to, not only let me have it, but take it off for me and give it to me. And he was just so kind with his words. I’m so happy and blessed he was the man driving that night.

Will is the man! Fantastic service. Arrived within 15 minutes on Labor Day! Took the time to troubleshoot and help fix the vehicle as well. Then gave me a ride on top of everything. 10/10 will call these guys anytime I need a tow!

Tow truck driver rocks! I am from NJ traveling to family in TX alone. After tire blow out then spare blowout towing only option. Presently it’s freaking hot here! Right away I was offered a bottle of water. He took me to tire shop he thought might have been still open. Unfortunately we just missed them. He recommended a shop Ace uses. Helped me carry my bags and dropped me off @ motel that was on his way back 2 shop. I wanted to tip but unfortunately I low on cash. Hoping maybe a lunch in order 4 review. My A/C also stopped work so may have Ace look @ before getting back underway .

Our tow truck driver went above and beyond the call of duty even even helping us get a rental so we weren't stuck dead in the mud! quick service very friendly and all and all and loving soul treats you like family and friends and that my friends is customer service at the very best! Mechanic was very kind on the phone with me, helped me out of a tough spot, and gave me a good deal with little hassel. Glad to have my car back working again. Their 24 hour towing service was excellent when i had an emergency on the highway.

Ace has come through for me several times. But this time I'm over satisfied. I took my car to 3 different shops repeatedly in Dallas and they overcharged me and they problem was never fixed... One stop at Ace and they knew exactly what the problem was with a better price... I can't say Thank You enough to them!!!

Kendon is one of the most personable wrenches you'll meet. I met him in 2018 for some diagnostic and electrical work, which he got through quickly. As someone had told me, "Ken's diagnostics are the best in town.." He was extremely thorough for me. Since then I have had to use their towing service a few times which is very professional and personable too.
