“Went to Wal-Greens on 1/15/24 and Mrs. Brandy helped me out and she was so nice. Could not find product and she was determined to help me. That level of customer service is very hard to find. She went above and beyond and I am so thankful!!”

“This Walgreen's has wasted MY time, my son's time, our school's time, and the time of EVERY other person in line for a medical necessity! After scheduling an APPOINTMENT days in advance, I waited in the pharmacy drive-thru for an HOUR to get a COVID test done so my son could go back to school. I was informed that, "You don't know what the person in front of you was here for. That's just how it is, sometimes!" I'm sorry. There is nothing hard about a, "Sir, would you please pull around so that we can serve other patrons while you wait?" There is NO reason that ONE person picking up an already-filled prescription should take 30 minutes! In no other area of business is it acceptable to schedule an appointment at the top of the hour just to have it start at the top of the FOLLOWING hour! And GOOD LUCK getting an actual human on the phone to help. Way to take do your part in promoting fast, safe recovery! Too bad wasting customer time doesn't factor into their bottom line!”
“The Pharmacist went out of their way to track down my prescription for me after urgent care called it into the wrong pharmacy 2 different times. The Pharmacist called me first thing this morning letting me know where my prescription was. The lady at the cash register is very caring as well.”
“Today was my 1st time using this pharmacy. I will say I will be a forever customer. I went in not in the best of moods. Getting a script for my dog. It was an emergency. The staff all did amazing. I was at WM, on the phone with Walgreens & the ER vet, and my regular. & no one could help. Thrifty way went above & beyond for me & my dog. Got me his pills and I was back home making sure my dog could live another day. Just because of the staff & pharmacists.Thank you all so much.
