By appointment time only...they get you in and out 2 to 3 hours top.....totally disconnected from trailer. Once called do not hook back on your trailer till you have your paperwork.

I don’t know why all the bad reviews. I had issues with incorrect po numbers and they let me in to figure it out. Yes it took awhile but everyone was very nice and helpful. They could have refused the load but didn’t. Thank you Walmart
