After fighting two years ago to speed up the check cashing process as a non customer, I find myself sitting in the lobby waiting to get my check verified... My employer left specific instructions on my behalf as the account holder for which my payroll check is drawn. I'm not sure if Sherri Santiago is new to this branch, but this was resolved 2 years ago,and now we are back at square one. I'm at asked the same question every time I cash my check, "would you like to open an account?" Why would anyone consider opening an account, when Whitney Hancock makes it so difficult to merely cash a check written from one your accounts. I would be embarrassed that you would put someone that received a check from me, through anything similar. Hopefully someone at corporate actually reads these reviews.....

The fat white girl say checks more than $750 got to verify so she didn't want to cash my check so i went to walmart. Never going to a fag white girl again ?

The branch manager is lacking with common decency and customer service training. My conversation with her started off as “We are not giving you….”. No introduction. What is expected from the team starts at the leadership level and clearly the branch manager needs additional training on the fundamentals.

The staff is always unfriendly or seems as if they have better things to do than help you. The drive through service goes by quick but if you go inside be prepared to wait a while.

The ATM seldom has any cash and it won't take deposits. This ATM is a very expensive balance checking machine.
