The workers and management knew she needed help with the computer obviously, and they didn’t step up to help. Now I have to email the company to get a reimbursement wasted my time and money. “Great location not only for hotel guests but also French Quarter / CBD residents who don’t want to drive or Uber across town.
I returned my Cox modem earlier today and the person who helped me (Jimmy Jr?) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service.
And for everyone complaining about a $5 fee, I say this. I’d much rather pay $5 than $40 in round trip Uber fees to go to the Claiborne store. And FYI, there was no $5 fee to return my Cox equipment as Cox has an account there. Another pleasant surprise!”
