Ms Jackie Bryant, my banker is amazing. I love when I walk into the bank she is always there with a warm inviting smiling face, I love that I don’t walk in feeling like a stranger. She is there to help and answer any questions that I may have whether in person are on the phone. I recommend her to anyone looking for a new banking family. I took some of her business cards to make sure I give them out. She has definitely made my transition from one bank to another an easy process we move both our personal and business banking to fidelity bank because of Ms Jackie Bryant, Louisiana and I am forever grateful for her. I have been with Fidelity Bank Fir over 10 years and the main reason is Jackie Bryant. She is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. No task or question is ever too big for her to handle and no task or question is too small for her to deliver. She is a delight! There’s always a smile on her face!!? I truly appreciate her.

It’s always a joy to come into Fidelity in River Ridge. Ms. Jackie and her staff always have a personal touch on banking. A bank where you only expect to deal with and talk money, always ends up being a personal conversation about life, family, career, amongst other things. Great people.

Personal relationships in business are very important. At fidelity in river ridge the manager and staff have always provided the beat banking experience i have had in all my years of banking. Recently the manager had to help me do a large banking transaction via a debit card. This had to happen very quickly but the new bank rules made it difficult for it to happen rapidly. Ms Jackie stepped in and because of our business relationship and my allegiance to the bank she went to bat for me and my company and made the transaction happen. Thats banking at its best. I an dedicated to these people at this branch because of the service, the personality and the courtesy thats always extended to me.
