Do not use this office for any insurance whatsoever. The office staff are not capable of handing simple request in a timely manner. I switched over to another State Farm office and it’s night and day. Major improvement. I highly recommend you go to another office.

Unfortunately I did not escape hurricane Ida and have lost everything I owned. Eric DeRoche & the entire state farm team have been kind compassionate and extremely understanding in this difficult time of my life. They have made everything about my claim experience so easy. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for being extremely patient and understanding during my claim process.

Over the course of three months, I’ve had five different challenges with this agency. Every month, or every mailing, came with communication errors and billing errors, sometimes being billed more than double the cost, sometimes being billed twice for a single policy, sometimes deductions removed without explanation. Excuses varied each time and when the next month rolled around the charges were again wrong.I don’t have complex policies, and I have more than two decades as a State Farm policy holder, so I know it shouldn’t be this hard to get quality service. This just isn’t the agency where you can get that. Pick a different agent - this one is a hot mess.
