Went to pick up a prescription that I was notified was ready. The cashier/pharmacy tech told me I didn’t have any. I insisted I did and proceeded to pull up my cvs on line account, which wouldn’t work. She sent me to the drop off desk, the pharmacist found my meds, pulled them from the bin behind the counter and plopped them down for check out. I found the cashier unwilling to help and seem very smug and pleased to tell me I had no prescriptions. And they were there all along. My name begins with a Q, maybe she doesn’t know that letter? 20 minutes for what should have been a quick pickup. She told the customer ahead of me he had only 1, was supposed to be 2. I wonder if she missed his too. Bad service, no attempt to go the extra mile & look in the in agsin. Happened 4/25, around 2:15-2:35

Never had a problem with this pharmacy, a floater Pharmacist named AIMEE is very rude, I called to see if my script was ready, she’s yelling in the background saying “SHE GOTTA WAIT and probably have to pay cash”
Which wasn’t a problem because I need my medication
What’s crazy the lady from my PC’s office called and told she sent in my script and AIMEE was rude as well on the phone
She’s really in the wrong line of work!!!
I will never get another script from there
just because of her ignorance and lack of empathy

The rudest pharmacist I've ever had. She made comments under her breathe to several customers. 10 minutes before closing, she made it a point that I was inconveniencing her for needing antibiotics for my baby by saying, "we're almost closed but sure I'll fill it" while simultaneously slamming her hand on the desk. Followed by telling her colleague "I'm putting in my two weeks, I hate this place." Just a toxic attitude. Completely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Deloris is the heartbeat of this store! She has the best customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. She is the reason I shop at this store.

The lady who works at the Pharmacy counter never smiles. Never friendly. Bad attitude. Who wants to encounter people who are not pleasant? She needs a serious attitude adjustment, or they need to replace her with someone who is genuinely an upbeat, and friendly type of a person. I will try my best to avoid this pharmacy in the future. Have to remind myself, I do not like encountering unpleasant people.

If I could give 0 stars that's what this pharmacy would get. You tell them you do not take a medication anymore and to please discontinue auto refills and what do they do? refill! not once but keep refilling and when I remind them I do not take the medication anymore they tell me not a problem will put back on shelf. Then when you actually call to refill a prescription it's out of stock they'll text you when it comes in only to tell you when you check they don't have an order to refill & you then show them where you have a text from them that your order is on order and you'll to texted when it's in. when you go in to pickup the order which cost you $21.87 last time it's now $145.89, oh but this is for 90 days so I tell this nasty little girl just give me for 30 days, she tells me I can do that but it'll be $45. and you'll have to wait for your order . WTH? I'm canceling all my prescriptions going to Walmart

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude complaining that too many people are handing in prescription and tell that to use and using us and an example, than we said we would go somewhere else and she just threw the prescription back at us, I am so sorry that I made u actually try to do your job today my bad

I was legit standing at the counter to drop off a prescription.... And the pharmacist closed the gate in my face I was there before 1:30... I am so ready to Switch pharmacies like yesterday.
