A tow truck from your company almost ran me off the road while I was entering the fwy on-ramp on the 10 fwy in Redlands. They did not slow down as the lanes started to merge. They could see me coming up the on-ramp ahead of them, but my view was limited to what was coming up behind me. We both could have been seriously injured if I didn't slam my breaks. Sheesh dude.

AAA sent ultimate towing to pick up my car. The driver connected the hooks onto the control arms. And I stood there watching him crank on the winch handle my skin was crawling as I saw the wheels camber out at the top. The owner agreed to pay the amount of repair work. But neglected to send a check. The dealer quoted me a price of $1200 for parts and labor. I did the work my self for $236 for parts and labor. Dec,15,2020 to April 1st 2021 and no check. Now AAA is asking for the same receipts for parts and labor. It turned into a big hassle.

They were suppose to be here between 4:00pm -4:15pm. It's 5:58 just received a message it won't be here until 6:40pm waiting on a highway with 2 seniors with health condition over 80 years old. Its is grtying cold mow it's dark. Had to call a restaurant to bring food and water. Unacceptable customer service the is also AAA uses them.

Received quick and reasonably priced service for an oil change and they found another potentially serious problem. Grateful, as it could have left us sitting on side of the road if not done. Repaired at a reasonable price while still there. Will go back, they've respectfully earned a new customer.

Huge shout out to Chris and Steven!! You guys were awesome in getting us right in to fix our taillight today after we were informed that it was out by the police!! When our grandaughter had an accident, Ultimate Towing was there to tow her vehicle and make sure that she was safely taken from accident scene. Helped her make arrangements for the night, since she was traveling out of state! So thankful for your service that set our hearts at ease when we couldn't be there! God bless your business!

Amazing service! After calling AAA in Orange, I received towing in under an hour on a Sunday afternoon. The driver took my three year old son and I all the way home in Los Angeles. It was nearly 40 miles in heavy traffic. The driver was punctual, professional, and very helpful in getting my car parked at my house so we could deal with our mechanic on Monday. I am very appreciative for getting us home safe and sound. Highly recommend!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I called AAA at 3:08pm to have my car towed to an auto shop and was told a driver would get to me around 4:15 - okay cool. 4:30 comes and I still have not received any updates on the driver, so I called AAA and they told me that the driver had caught a flat on his truck (that would've been nice to know) and would get to me around 4:55.... NOW, it's 5:30 and I called AAA again and they told me they would have the driver give me a call. This guy calls me and says he's still waiting to get air in his tire - UNBELIEVABLE. So I ask "about what time do you think you will get to me" he asks "where are you located?" ... I'm confused at this point... Because don't you have my address dude. Okay so now he got his thoughts together and says "oh yea I got it right here, I should be there in 25minutes" okay so I wait AGAIN. Its 6:15pm and I recieved a message saying the driver has arrived, yet there's no one to be found... I call AAA AGAIN and 15min later he pulls up. Dude gets to my car and mind you I mentioned to AAA the car does not start. The driver has this information in his notes and asks me if had any jumper cables. This is where I lost it. Avoid these unskilled, unprofessiona, lazy workers.

Breaking down is never ideal, but when you end up dealing with the most hospitable and helpful gentleman it makes a bad situation so much better! We had quick service, great stories, and excellent care and would highly recommend Ultimate Towing.

Made a call to AAA and specifically asked for a flatbed to tow one of our cars. They dispatched these folks. Estimated arrival time for a flat bed was 1 hour. The Mister informed the driver the car had transmission problems. What does the driver do? Instead of using the chains to load the car onto the bed he drives it, or should I say guns it onto the bed and Revved it. The mister told him to be careful. Too late he scratched our tip of our high end after market exhaust. Once we got to the destination he scratched our exhaust AGAIN while unloading it. The driver failed to take the extra time and put wood under our back end to prevent this from happening. The mister asked him to please take his time while unloading. Unfortunately that never happened and our car is now damaged. All the driver could say was "sorry". I feel tow truck drivers need more training while transporting any type of custom car, lowered car, modified car, ect and need to take more pride when touching anybody's car. Take notice and apply preventable measures. Just saying I am sorry is not good enough for me. Drivers need to be accountable. We will be contacting AAA to see what can be done about this situation. I personally do not recommend this company. Not happy.
