Jason was fast and fair. He was at my camper within the hour to diagnose and got me fixed up as fast as he could once he had the part. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.

Called to make sure they had the part I needed before I drove 30 minutes to get there. I even sent a photo to be ABSOLUTELY sure. When we got there, he didn't have it.

This is a very honest business! Great price! Expedient service! Don't bother calling around like we did. As we entered a long metal bridge other vehicles started motioning we were smoking. At the next exit hubby was able to pull into a warehouse parking lot. We called a couple of mobile R.V. technicians that weren't able to come out, and we couldn't go anywhere, so very stressful. Others were extremely expensive to show up. We travel eight months of the year so we are not new to R.V. repair on the road. Trinity has now set the bar high for quality, customer service and low price. Charles and Joey arrived in an a half hour, unbelievable! Two lug nuts had come off, thankfully not a lot of damage. They took the wheel off, showed hubby what went wrong and what needed to be done, no surprise parts or cost in the end. Charles and Joey had to take parts back to the business to be retooled, they were going to be back in a half hour, however they needed another part, so they called to say it would be an hour. We were shocked, the fact that they updated us for a half hour. This is the customer service I am talking about. Charles and Joey got everything fixed and we were on the road. These were the nicest gentleman. Hubby and I had a figure in mind that we thought whould be the minimum cost, they were half the price!!!!!! That doesn't usually happen in R.V. repair. We have never come across nicer people with R.V. repair.

We are a touring performance group and cat rescue, The Amazing Acro-Cats, and Trinity RV came to our rescue on a Sunday within 30 minutes of calling. They came to the RV Park and got right to work on our tour bus's flat tire and were communicative and professional. They had just left and we were preparing to roll out when we couldn't get the slide out to come in. We called them a second time and they came right out again! They worked for hours to figure out our problem because we had to be in Houston the next day to purrform. They managed to get our slide out in and get us on the road. On top of all the work on a Sunday, they couldn't have been nicer. Seriously, Jason, Joey, and Charles are incredible to work with. The Acro-Cats give two paws up!

Hot water went out. I had it looked at multiple times and couldn't diagnose it. I called trinity and they came out a couple hours later the same day and found the issue in 5 minutes. They ordered the parts and came back and fixed it in another 10 minutes and went beyond for advice and professionalism. They also came an hour away no one else would. You are the best!

Requested a repair on my Class A in the morning and by afternoon the work was completed along with a video showing all is well. Very prompt and professional service. Will use them again for sure.

In the middle of a six month trip we we in New Orleans when our inverter shorted out and killed our refrigerator as well. Called around and the only place that could get to us that day was Trinity RV. Jason immediately started sourcing an inverter and a refrigerator that would fit our space . He continually communicated the status of parts and schedule for the work. They performed the work on-site quickly and professionally. Within a few days we ready to continue our trip. I would definitely recommend Trinity RV!

Trinity RV did a great job. I was on assignment in New Orleans and my carbon monoxide monitor was going off! I called them and they came within 30 mins. Employees were friendly, the owner arrived soon after because it was a difficult fix.
They got everything done and even adjusted the quote to a reasonable price! I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Call on a Sunday for a leaking problem with our RV; had a specialist directly on my camping site to do a fantastic job in the afternoon. Came with a big service truck and was very kind and fully explained everything he did to solve our problem. What a joy after a big storm with close to 4 inches of rain.

Jason and his guys were the best.
We burnt out our shore power socket and they came out asap. Jason even pulled a socket off of one of his RVs for us to make sure we could get the part we needed immediately.
The three of them were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, and happily helped me with other little questions I had around the RV.
Highly recommend Trinity RV!

Toilet started leaking in the late morning, folks from trinity were here till after 7pm but left ONLY after they were sure it was fixed. They went above & beyond. Thanks Trinity RV service!!
