Very poor communication skills....been getting insulin monthly for couple of years and placed refill for this month for next day pick up and called few days later to check on it and person explained pharmacist should have reached out to me last month when I got refill stating they will no longer be able to fill Name brand medicine any longer until "things change with insurance companies" causing me grief on a late Friday afternoon trying to find somewhere whom can this prescription.

The staff at Rayville Family Pharmacy were all very kind, attentive and caring when I called on the phone as well as when I dropped off my prescriptions here. They have “small town, big heart” genuine hospitality! Highly recommend them for their services!

They seem to be rude all the time, they filled my dad's blood pressure pills , they put all the medicine in a bag and stapled it, when we got home it blood pressure medicine wasn't there, they didn't trust that we were being truthful, why lie over blood pressure pills, I can understand if it was controlled medicine but come on blood pressure, they told us to go home and look for them! Seriously? Its a serious medicine for a 76 year old, they sold us 3 blood pressure pills, what about the rest of the month, I'm upset because these are my parents

Local Family owned Pharmacy. Fast, Courteous, service. No long waiting lines! They also have bill pay service, and a gift shop to look around in while you wait a few minutes on your prescription to be filled. A one stop shop!!
