The service department has went downhill. My vehicle set in the parking lot for 10 days without anyone looking at it. The two people that set at the check in desk are there just to draw a check and not care about customers. I had my vehicle towed to another dealership and had it repaired the same day. It is sad because I have been a loyal jim taylor customer but after this experience I will go elsewhere.

If I could I would punch him in his mouth, Grant is very unprofessional, my company is wanting to order a few trucks instead he laughed in my face, we got a very good deal from other dealers this guy is a joke. As a professional business man I would not do business with these jokers . He sounds like he's very fat and sloppy judging by his heavy breathing.

The service dept personnel have always been courteous and helpful. They were able to work me in when I was concerned that my (too new to be acting up) Buick would leave me stranded (again), and identified and fixed the problem. There are 2 Buick service depts closer to my home but I choose to drive farther because I’ve had such good experiences with this service dept.

Ease of making appt was great the lady in the service department was very helpful, kind and made every effort to accommodate me and answer any and all questions that I had. I feel she went above the normal expectations. I drive from Monroe to get this vehicle serviced due to lack of decent service in Monroe and I have been totally pleased. I watched her interact with all the customers that morning and she had the very same attitude and attention to detail with us all. I would give her a A++++ Everybody in the facility was friendly and helpful.
