The worst customer service ever...my wife passed away all I needed was a emerald card replacement they had me come four different times I called the 800number to no avail. The manager shannon at 3501 severn ave metairie la this place should be shut down by the way this talked to me talking about she wanted to see my wife's ashes to prove she was dead unbelievable
