Everyday I receive someone else mail and my mail goes somewhere. I had to call and make multiple complaints about not receiving mail. I was told by the manager that the mailman on my route is his best. After I called the 1800 number I finally received my mail and a personal call from the manager apologizing. Well it never stopped , the mailman is still putting mail in wrong mailbox. I don’t know what else to do.. it’s important mail or packages that I’m not receiving and nothing is being done. Rayne post office is very unprofessional and doesn’t correct problems. It’s a federal offense, might have to call federal officials

Way to many times I get packages in and the postal driver literally just dropped the package in the yard next to the driveway not even close to the house. She's too lazy to get out the vehicle and just shoves it out the window. Something really needs to be done about that!! Luckily none of my packages have been ruined yet but if one does she will be paying for it!! Worst postal service in Louisiana

I have informed delivery bc It seems my mail carrier can not deliver my mail to the right address.. for months now I've had to walk to neighbors to get my mail.. this is getting ridiculous. It is not my job to hunt my mail down. Nor is is acceptable for the mail carrier to block my entire driveway while she plays on her phone with home owners trying to get into tbeir property.. back to the post office Monday I go to speak with post Master.

Older postal worker at Rayne office needs to be taught basic math or the accurate use of a calculator... $20.00 - $3.90 = 16.10, simple right? Not for him though! Also needs to be trained to know that everyone he services is a customer, not just those who would allow him to short-change them on a transaction.

I don’t know what’s going on with the post office and mail carriers. This lady literally left the mail on a chair and never picked up the outgoing mail. I tried to catch her and she hurried and hopped in the mail truck and pulled off fast. I called the office and no one wants to acknowledge any complaints. On top of that we always get 2 weeks of mail once every 2 weeks. Rayne needs to do better

They're usually OK, but I have had to contact them NUMEROUS times complaining about their bogus "unable to access delivery location" because someone is too lazy to actually show up. Numerous security camera footages indicating they never even drove by to attempt.

This is by far the worst branch of the post office I have ever used. I have tried on 3 separate occasions to pick up a package being sent to me first class from the post office rather than wait an additional 1-2 days for the delivery to my house. It's always the same story I call or show up ask if I can pick up my package with my ID and get the same responses, either all the packages on out on carrier already or we don't allow pick up. When they tell me the package is on carrier I always ask does that mean it will be delivered today and I always get a yes even though the tracking clearly says 1-2 days later and it always takes 1-2 days later. So my question is where is my package? It's obviously in the back and the employee just doesn't want to look for it. They never ask for a name or tracking number just try to get rid of me I've never had a problem picking up a package at any other post office ever and I've only tried to do it at this location 3 times in 2yrs and it's always the same.
