Absolute crooks. Sell vehicles with known issues and lie about fixing them. Had them even agree to fix a vehicle once It left me on the side of the road. Ford gave them an invoice and they decided they knew better than the manufacturer on what was wrong. Issue after issue with their junk. $1,000’s spent on repairs. Don’t believe their lies

This place was the best!! I just bought a vehicle here and the people that work there Mr. Russell the owner and Ms Kathy are the nicest most friendly down to earth people you will ever meet!! I was so nervous !! And they made me feel so comfortable and welcome!! And did what we needed to do and I drove home in my 2014 Chevy Captiva Sport!! Thank You Mr. Russell And Ms Kathy!! I love it!!! ???

Chris Royer, did you give them a deposit on the vehicle? If not, you've got no reason to complain. I can't tell you how many times I've had people drive a vehicle and negotiate a price, tell me they want the vehicle and tell me, "I will be back tomorrow with the money" and never hear from them again. If you want someone to hold a vehicle for you, you should put down a deposit.

I went there with my daughter to inquire about a vehicle years ago. The owner cursed at me and raised his voice with my daughter standing right on the side of me. Horrible person and very bad etiquette!!

Very dishonest person. Sold a vehicle with check engine light and air bad light and promised to fix it. After having several issues with the vehicle that I paid for, he offered to take back the truck.( After over $400 my cost of repairs) He then said that he'd fix the rough idle issues...After a vain attempt for him to fix the issue I am now out of close to $1000 for repair work as well as an air bag issue he has still not fixed. He told me that he would send me $400 for the hassle of which of course I have still yet to get... DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!!!!

Went to look for a vehicle, guy points one out in my price range. I told him I liked it and wanted to buy it. He tells me they're working on it, for me to call him the next afternoon around 1:30. Did as he said, only to find out they had sold it already. Very bad business manners.
