“First time there. Had an awesome experience. They were all very polite, asked if they could pet my dog or give her treats. I am a pretty anxious person by they made leaving the house and driving all the way to Crowley from Lafayette worth it. Rae was cool and patient while they helped me find certain items in the store.”
“They sold me a $25 BBQ pit that they tried to sell for $35 until I showed them the correct price. The box was damaged and all the parts were not in the box. I tried to return it and was told that since it was opened I could not return it. If the parts were missing then it had obviously been opened and returned before.It was the manager. The larger younger lady that does the bare minimum to help you regularly. I HIGHLY recommend not trying to return anything OR depend on her help. Wait until she is NOT working.”
