I don’t usually make a big deal out of things but man this is a JOKE!!! Just do your dang job and be a decent human being. Since when is it ok to throw packages out your vehicle and see that it hit the ground and not the object you were trying to throw it on and then look and just say “oooo” and immediately drive off??? I understand we have dogs but she could’ve left it on the mailbox OR honked her horn to notify me she was here. DO BETTER!!!! Then the lady I talked to at the office over the phone was zero help. Sasha was her name.

Been in Ragley for going on 8 years now, we live too close to the post office to have mail delivered here(not a problem) they take care of us at the Post Office with a PO Box. Never had a problem once, they all bust their tail for us and it shows. I’ve seen them make do in a tiny truck after Laura, I’ve seen them short staffed time and time again in some way or another and I’ve seen carriers out past dark.. all to get everyone’s mail/packages out. Yeah, they “chose this job” but Ragley has grown faster than we all thought it would and they’re working with what they have.. cut them some slack! They always make it happen and I sure never see those with complaints step up and apply. But that’s not why I’m here; I came to say all of that to simply say this.. I’m thankful for the Ragley Post Office and every single person that is employed here.

I have no complaints, and if I get notifications that I have a package I just go pick it up, even having to drive from Longville. Things always are taken care of, patience is a good thing, and I adore my mail carrier. Thank you Bek!!!

Post Master is very RUDE and Condescending!!! Post Office would run much better if she (Lisa) wasn’t there. Other employees are okay at least they try and help. But it seems like no one is really that happy too be working there. Have asked for her boss too call me but she claims she doesn’t have one. Probably wouldn’t do any good anyway so will drive too Lake Charles for my business and home needs!!!

Tired of them scanning thing’s delivered when there not. Per the mail carrier the Post Master has them scan item’s even when they haven’t been delivered. Meanwhile you spend all night looking for your packages asking neighbors etc. I could understand if I had a P.O Box but I do not. When you call the Post Office the “Post Master” complains about how many deliveries she has, but never just answer’s your questions. Why scan something delivered if it’s not??? Tired of hearing all the excuses both the Post Master and Carrier’s have especially when they all talk bad about the other. This place and the employees are given way too many excuses just do your job!!! You picked it just do it!!!

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’ve been here 3 times while visiting my family in Ragley. And every time I’ve gone in this Post Office the “Post Master” Lisa is very rude and condescending. I feel bad for my parents they work hard and then have too go in and deal with her when something say’s delivered and it’s NOT!!! While she blame’s everything on her employee’s for lost or mis-delivered packages they’re constantly defending her on Facebook about how hard her job is and how sweet she is and if people don’t like it maybe they should apply. This post office would do better with someone who cared more about their customers and less about blaming everyone else for her lack of ability too run a better “Post Office”. Will definitely be getting my parents a P.O Box in Lake Charles!!! Because this person just doesn’t care!!!

The absolutely worse post office. They refuse to deliver my packages. Their hours of operation to even pick up my packages from the post office are not functional for people who have jobs. Please evaluate your operation, Ragley USPS.

Great people. I have had no issues and they are very helpful. A blessing to have them so close to our home. We ship about 80 packages a day.
