The main reason I loved to visit TSC was for the super convenient dog bath. Except EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. in the last year it's been "out of order". The reason it is always out of order is because none of the employees clean out the pipes so it stops draining. How do I know this? Because my best friend worked there and was the only person to take it apart and clean it while they were there.I drove 35 minutes for nothing today. It was just "working" less than a week ago. It's really frustrating because the place I lived at previously NEVER had this issue. The only TSC stores that are always conveniently "out of order" are this one and the one in Grey.Seems that management needs to step up and ensure their employees are fully taking care of their store. Or just do not advertise for the dog bath if you don't want to deal with the upkeep.

The lady was no help was even talking about other customers behind their back all the other staff might be friendly and helpful but she was a lil overweight I would be mad everyday too

Laurie and Russell (I believe that is their names) are very helpful every time I go in there. I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she was throwing a fit for a stuff animal and I guess Mr Jamie heard me tell her we did not have the extra money for that and he bought the stuffed animal with his money and gave it to her! It meant the world to her and me! I have come in there a few times and was greeted by snoody cashiers that were sitting down playing on their phones and seemed upset we walked in. But overall my family loves to shop here!

I really like this Tractor Supply. It has a self serve pet wash, so I don’t have to get my own bathroom all wet. Clean dog!

I love going to Tractor Supply. The store is always well-stocked. I can but dog shots, dog food, working meds, cat supplies, etc. They also have things like Tara, Christmas Trees, etc. great place to go.

Today I’ve experienced the worse service at the Raceland Store by a Manager sadly he’s listed as a manager Bc he surely does not deserve that title . He was very unprofessional at the store as His Store Management Team I pray you lose your job . Wasn’t no way to get problem resolved when all I was seeking was help from the back of the store since the employee in the front could’ve solve the problem on his own and get me out the store in a timely manner as I been a Customer of Tractor Supply for the last 4 years .
