The young guy is so helpful everytime I come. But the older men seem to have attitudes no matter what. They hate helping people. I giving 3 stars mainly because of the young man who seems to want to help. The older guys seem mean, miserable and racist. They hate their job.

This Napa reminds me of a mom & pop shop for some reason. The ppl are helpful & the selection is pretty good. I appreciate going here because it’s a good location and I always leave with what I’m looking for.

If there was a way to give this a negative rating I would. These people sold a battery to my 85 year old mother-in-law. The minute we installed it in the car it was dead. Returned it to the store and they verified that it only had 10 volts but needed to be charged. Instead of offering to replace the battery with a fully charged unit they said they would take it, charge it and we can pick it back up tomorrow after its charged. They will sell you a discharged battery and expect the customer to deal with the inconvenience of their negligence. Unbelievably bad service. Stay far away, buy elsewhere! Update.... Just placed the battery on charge and noticed the side decal indicates battery was manufactured 3/18. They sell two year old batteries as new.

Purchased a battery for my elderly mother's car. My brother in law installed it and the vehicle still didn't start. My husband who is a mechanic came to check the car out. He assumed it might need a starter. After checking it, he determined the new battery was completely discharged. Expecting to deal with a starter issue he didn't expect to have a need for jumper cables or a battery charger. He returned it to the store, they placed it on the tester and verified the battery only had 10 volts. Instead of exchanging the discharged battery that they sold, they stated that they would have to charge it and he could return the next day and pick it up. In conclusion note this, they will sell you a discharged battery which is obviously discharged because they aren't maintaining their stock and when you return the item they take no responsibility for their negligence. The battery was indeed dead when it was installed. Take your business elsewhere because any reputable parts establishment maintains their inventory and makes sure they are selling a fully charged and ready to install battery without putting the responsibility on their customers.
