The Pharmacist is a pleasant person. I’ve never had an issue with the Pharmacist. But the assistants are the worst. Their attitudes are terrible. They get mad with the customers as if we ask them to work there. They never answer the phones when you call. If they do, they just put you on hold for over an hour. Plus they are always out of stock on medications. Minus the pharmacist, they all need to be let go.

The pharmacists can be very rude at this location. I'm disappointed. I just moved here and it's definitely not as good as the Walgreens I used before.

Pharmacy should all be fired and hire a team that wants to actually work. COVID is over so your “covitis” (the wanting of ones pay check but lacks the care to work because it’s become the norm for everything to be to be in shambles and subpar.) this goes for Walgreens and all other workers get back to work!

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. Every time I come I have some sort of issue. The lines are always long and my prescriptions are always delayed or it ready in times. After waiting in line for over an hour I get to the window and guess what prescription. Still not ready. I ask why it was taking so long after my dr sent the script electronically and the pharmacist said I need to get out of line or he's gonna call the police. I report this to the 1800 number they call back after 20 days apologizing and that they will get to the bottom of it. Fast forward another month and same problem only this time Lee wants to have an attitude in the phones. D*** b**** could here what I was saying but wanna act ignorrsnt cuz she was raised that way. This place is a f****** disaster l. Management don't give a s*** about correcting anything and the staff is unfriendly and rude. Taking my f****** business elsewhere.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for over 2 years I am put on hold for 15min every time I call to get my scripts filled. Plus 30-40min wait in drive thru to pick up! Seems like they are incredibly understaffed or lack employees who value customers time. About to change pharmacies at my next doc appointment.

I am an RN and have used and called in Rx's to this pharmacy for years. They are slow but are very sweet, so I continue to give them business. Today was another experience. The pharmacist accused my pt's daughter of altering the Rx that was written by my dr. The 325mg Tylenol part of Percocet was what they were complaining about. Who would alternate Tylenol dosage??? How would that benefit them. When I called back to get fax number (I had to have dr rewrite) the tech was so rude yelling at me and said no one accused anyone of anything. Yes, the pharmacist point blank told me the pt's daughter (which was really the wife) altered it. This pharmacy sent the pt home after he had had surgery and was already experiencing pain and refused to fill it. I will not return here, and will advise my patients to go elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy experience of my life. They lie and tell you you're medicine is ready over the phone when it's not. Terrible communication between staff. It's also insanely slow. They just don't seem to care.

I just want to give a shoutout to Kiashondra in the pharmacy at Walgreens, HWY 42. She goes above and beyond to help anyone and everyone. She answers all questions to the best of her ability and always treats her customers like she’s known them for years. She definitely makes someone who is sick feel better!
