Poor selection of phones and they added on a bunch of extra accessories without me realizing. My fault for not checking the bill line by line, I thought I was paying towards the phone not all their extras. After the fact they wouldn't accept any returns.
Avoid this store and order directly from Verizon instead of this Victra store.

Just left the Prairieville Verizon store to get a new iPad. The general manager, Devin Stewart, is amazing. He could tell I was a little frustrated about a situation I had just left at the Gonzales Verizon location and acknowledged me.
He was helping customers, helping to guide a newer employee, who is also awesome- Jermaine, and managing phone calls as they came in.
This guy was the calmest manager. He didn’t miss a beat nor even seem stressed out.
He also helped me save a ton of money on my plan that I’ve had for over 20 years when nobody else has taken the time to look at. I hope this company treats him good & takes care of him because he’s a fantastic manager!

Placed an order online for a new phone and acocunt and paid.. never received the phone or new number in my name. They said it was someone else's number. After hours on the phone and 3 visits to the store I got the account canceled. Customer service is an absolute joke. Stay away from verizon.

December 19, 2023. I went to my local Verizon store to add a business line, Activate a phone and to upgrade one of my phones. there was an issue while ringing up the phone while it was prompting one system for 810 it was showing 760 in another. The person assisting called customer care and was advised that they should cancel that one phone and sell me another. She told them that she didn’t want to do that as it would Prompt for early termination fees, and I was not terminating a line. We stayed on The phone with customer care for over three hours, and spoke to several people and stayed on hold. There was no resolution And I was advised that I now had $1700 in fees on my account.
My account was a less than a month old at this time as I opened it in November. The store manager Devon got involved. He also spoke to customer care, but did not get any results. It was at that time that he presented me with a gateway box. I told him I did not need the Gateway box and that I did not want the gateway box and I did not want a fee monthly for the gateway box. He assured me that there was no fee for the Gateway box With my business account and a coupon would be applied. They would be no monthly fee. He also told me that Verizon no longer sells just cellphones Without matching accessories, chargers, screen protectors, and phone cases. He proceeded to load me up with almost $300 in accessories telling me that I had no choice but to pay for them or else I couldn’t purchase the phone. I asked him point-blank when this became a policy as I Was not happy that he was forcing this upon me.. it was late I paid for the items and I left. I called Verizon back the very next day, and was told that I was already being in charged for the Gateway Which he assured me was not going to happen. I tried to bring the box back to him the following week and he refused the box. I called Verizon, customer care and try to begin resolving issues with the billing. I’ve spoke to 20 different associates, all of which have promised to assist me and escalate the issue. Today I am still being charged for this gateway box an over 1700 inf fraudulent fees.I have no credits applied to my account, and the store manager has refused to speak to me or assist me in anyway. I was in referred to a regional manager who did reach out, and I explained to him exactly as I had felt here, but no resolution. I reached back out to the store manager and tried to get assistance, and he refused to respond. I was advised to go back to the store and return the box by Verizon customer care and was told That he still refused to accept the box that it was out of the time allowed to return it, even though he knew I previously tried to And that they were charging me for it. All of my issues have stemmed from this visit to the store. I am beyond frustrated Because not only is my bill being reported as delinquent to the credit bureau I am also in danger of having my services interrupted at any time unless I pay the $1700 in full. As of right now, my business has no phone service, and they refuse to assist me. I am waiting to hear back from Verizon Financial and their fraud department to get this issue resolved. I’ve had Verizon service for over four years as a consumer and never had any of these issues. do yourself a favor do not go to the store. The store manager himself practices, unethical business methods to push consumers into things that they do not want. I understand as a salesperson that we More items to the clients, but have never been forced to purchase things that I did not want or need.

My wife and I arrived at 1000 at opening and were welcomed in with a smile. Michael Landry was very helpful through the process of purchasing 2 phones. My wife didn’t backup her phone and took over night to transfer all photos. Michael called us the next day to make sure all was well. The entire staff that day was very happy and was a joy to be around them. Thanks again!

Not a real Verizon store but rather an authorized dealer. Manipulative staff. While there with my minor child she told HIM to go and pick out a phone case and screen protector and made it sound like it came with activating his new phone. Opened the cases and put it all on my phone without asking ME or speaking to ME about it. Over $150 for overpriced accessories. I’m not terrified to find out whether or not the price I’m being charged for his phone is the actual price after reading everyone else’s bad reviews. Go to a real Verizon store people!
