“This place is THE BEST! He’s worked on our vehicles for 5 years. Always gets it right the first time. He’s honest and has integrity. He takes care of his customers. I stopped in after hours today because I thought I put the wrong gas in our truck. He drove it and ran diagnostics on it. Turns out it was something else that he knew my husband could fix. Gave me the name of the parts to buy and told him what to fix. Wouldn’t take any $ for his time or diagnostic machine. Once we brought our vehicle to a shop by where it started giving us problems. They wanted $700. We got it to Kerseys and Mark fixed it for $140.Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I had previously used Chabill's for years for tires and other small repairs. Took my vehicle in to Chabill's on Burbank with a vibration while braking and a popping noise when I was turning. Chabill's came back to me with an estimate of $4,300.00 with repairs that included: front struts, rear shocks, sway bar, tire rods, all four brakes with new pads and rotors, and an alignment. Needless to say, I decided to get a second opinion. I took my vehicle to Tri-Care Automotive on Airline Highway. They came back with an estimate of $1,300.00 that included new brakes and rotors on only the front brakes (just the brake work being around $700). Also got a new battery and several belts replaced that were going out. I asked the folks at Tri-care about the litany of other repairs that were noted by Chabill's and they told me that none of that stuff (shocks, struts, etc.) was broken and needed to be replaced. As a result, Tri-Care has gained a new customer and Chabill's has lost a customer. Will be using Tri-Care for any repairs I have going forward. They were professional, did quality work, and above all else were honest with me which goes a long way.”

“The transmission on my 2018 Ford F-250 FX4 Diesel went out completely…wouldn’t go forward or backwards. I towed it to Powertrain Specialists and dropped it off after hours, using their after hours drop box for my keys which made it convenient! It did take them a few weeks to start on diagnosing, and repairs, but I expected as much because of the vehicles lined up before me. Once the work was started, I feel that they completed the repairs in a very timely manner. Someone from Powertrain did stay in contact with me with any progress that was made, as well as informing me on what had happened to break as well. The techs did an excellent job with my transmission rebuild, and my truck operates better than before my break down! The owner went above and beyond by knocking more costs off of the parts and repair than what was originally quoted to me as well, which I was very thankful for!
