1000pm at night and the store's interor is closed. There os now a window that has been installed over the last year or so. A window that you typically see in a very rough neighborhood. I was shocked, growing up in North Baton Rouge on Plank road and I still don't see this setup. This location is a very busy intersection without a bad area within a 20 mile radius. The whole scenario felt like a self fulfilling prophecy. Does this situation devalue surrounding properties? What happened to Roy?
