I went to this store yesterday to order 2 screen protectors for my daughters phone and mine. The first person I spoke to said they can't order screen protectors, and I'd have to order them through customer service. Which I know is a lie. I called customer service and they told me I'd have to go to a tmobile and they'd have to order them. When I told customer service what the guy in the store said. He asked me to go back into the store, while he was on speaker phone, so he could walk them through the process. Amber, the retail sales manager, is the second person I spoke to. She didn't even know how to order them, so customer service had to tell her where to go to order the screen protectors.

Amber is the best manager and the assistant manager is super awesome as well. I highly recommend you come here for all in person customer service needs.

My daughter and I visited the Prairieville T mobile location today to upgrade her phone and to get 2 additional phones for my grandchildren.. Excellent customer service by both T Mobile representatives Keith and Amber… They took there time to make sure that they were able to give us the best phone plan options to meet our needs at the best price and promos available… highly recommend this T-Mobile location.. thanks again Keith and Amber

awesome store. keith and amber was great! they helped setup my account and explained my bill. then the store manager kristin came over introduced herself and gave us free t-mobile stuff. they were all so helpful and had so much knowledge. i will definitely return soon.

Ms. KEKE (DM) is amazing. Her customer service is exceptional. I was frantic twice walking into T-Mobile.. first time was in prairieville, La when I hadn’t received my phones.. she made me feel like I was the most important customer and I was able to receive my new phones in two business days. Then I walked into the Siegen Lane location in Baton Rouge bc my bill was crazy and I need to reset my PIN number and to my surprise KEKE (DM) was there. She made my experience much easier. I was on the verge of switching back to ATT but KEKE made all of my issues work out! THANK YOU KEKE AND T-mobile

The associates was very professional and knowledgeable. I witnessed a customer called an associate the F word three times because he asked him nicely to wear a mask. He refused and walked out. The associate never entertained him. Their customer service was phenomenal.

It's a typical cell phone store staffed by typical sales people who won't bother to help with anything beyond buying a new phone, etc.I went in for help with an unauthorized charge only to be told they can't help me there & I'd have to call the customer support number! What's the point of having a store if they can't do anything? I can order a phone online or by calling T-Mobile, I can get service online, I can buy a case & accessories online... So the store is useless.Worst part is I know they could've helped with my account because I've had similar issues solved by store employees. The people on staff just didn't want to be bothered.T-mobile stores are actually worse than Sprint stores - I didn't think that was possible.
