Staff was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gentleman matched two different paint types for me and gave guidance on making some of the repairs I was working on. Will definitely be returning.

This location was great! I was helping my aunt with some work around the house and they were extremely patient with us and her decision making process. The manager Claressa was very knowledgeable in helping to explain to her, which paints would work best for her since she had dogs that often play outside. All in all it was a great experience with friendly and experienced employees. I would recommend this location to family and friends on the A1 customer service alone.

I must admit this has been my favorite customer experience during the pandemic.. The staff was extremely polite and informative.. I decided to call ahead to ask what was the in store Covid mask protocol and I spoke to the manager Claressa over the phone to help calm me down from all of the health concerns I had .. I know it’s a paint store but knowing that the staff and the company takes their health seriously encouraged me to come in .. My contractor running late and a young lady introduced herself as the store manager and would like to know how she can help me .. I then told her , I was the worried gentleman that she spoke to earlier in regards to the health and safety questions .. We both laughed .. Claressa recognized my frustration with my contractor even though I was wearing a face shield and a mask .. I was then assured that this happens often and maybe with some helpful information I could pick a color for my new home ..I left the store with 20 paint swatches to show my wife even though I was only sent to a pick a neutral color for the bathroom.. lol .. Thanks for all of the help

terrible service, the manager is disrespectful, rude, and unhelpful. Feeling rushed out the door. This is unacceptable. No help was ever asked for when i walked in the store. after spending over $1,000 on PAINT!!! Clarisa the Manager of prairieville location was unprofessional and unhelpful. I came in at 5pm. They close at 7pm. I asked for her opinion on what I should buy and what was better and she said " it doesn't matter everyone keeps it simple everything GLOSS" said RUDELY , then got annoyed and said " look there is going to be a rush soon and i'm not going to be able to help y'all and i am the store manager" she made sure to inform us about it many times. She said other things to us but I don't appreciate this at all and i don't think anyone would.
