“Customer service is amazing ?? I’ve been a renter since March 2023 & Renee has always taken care of me with a quick text message. Hello.?? So convenient. Then tonight I needed to make a quick storage run for a tv bc my feral, savage children broke Athena other one. ? so I ??& sent Renee a text afterhours, she text me back pretty quickly & looked up my gate code for me.I have no idea who Renee is. Never met her. But I do know she’s the kind of person I want to do my business with. & Crown Storage on post office road!We could have done without a TV until Monday morning & I expected to. But Renee took a few minutes out of her weekend for me & im so grateful. She helped me get the kids out of my hair!! Das a win win!! ?Also…. I have a climate controlled unit & every time I go grab something, the building is clean & no signs of rodents. I might leave the house to the kids & move into my storage unit. Its definitely cleaner.”

“Having worked my grandparents storage facility during my college days I have an insiders view as a tenant/customer. I had to smile at the one star with no explanation as anyone in the industry knows these are people that do not honor the terms of their contract and are disgruntled at having to pay late fees or being locked out due to lack of payment. I have had to rent storage spaces in 5 different states over the years and this has proven to be my best experience as far as office staff, communication, and my \"neighbors\" on each side of my rental unit. We are all boats in my quad and my neighbors have been renting 3+ and 2+ years which told me plenty. Such a nice change from the Big-Box facilities. I had to wake the on-sight managers up at 5am as I forgot my gate code and they couldn't have been any nicer.”
