This place is a JOKE they supposedly did an alignment on my car. I went to Toyota it’ was not done . So I am taking it to a shop of someone I trust and not playing with these people ever again. My car was also not cleaned when I picked it up. So MICKEY MOUSE !! Horrible horrible horrible !!!! First I went there because I had time to stop and check how my car was coming along with being fixed. I walked in and the old lady who first helped didn’t seem to have a clue or know what was going on with my car and couldn’t tell me when the person was handling my car would be back to give me a update, so while I am talking to her this girl Alexis comes out the back and I ask about my car and I say because I have not herd anything and my rental is fixing to be up. And the insurance lady kept telling me I only had 30 days of rental.she starts tell me no we not done yet and we have a supplement and yoh get longer time, so I say ok but, a little confused I leave and call my insurance company to check this, where my insurance company tells me no you only have 30days and I was upset that a week job tops I was told when I dropped it off is now going on a month has me mad, so I call back and tell her not to tell people that it’s a lie because I called my insurance and if I would not have checked I would be stuck believing her, she gets mad and tells I don’t know what I am talking about and I am like I just got off the phone with my insurance company your lying to people, at that point she hangs up on me. Great customer service is all I got on that one……Services: Painting

This shop is unprofessional at best and predatory at worst. I've never experienced such deplorable customer service and blatant disregard for a situation in which they created. For a vehicle to sit for months and the customer to be told "It's on the back burner" all while knowing the customer is paying out of pocket for a rental, is disgusting. The blame shifting reached levels of insanity and it seemed like the shop was only ready to release the vehicle once they knew they'd nickeled and dimed the insurance company for everything they could until too many red flags had been raised. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this shop.

Very friendly team and excellent work! The process was very easy even though it was an insurance claim. I called and they were able to fit me in same day for an appointment. The only thing I had to do was show up and they did everything for insurance. My vehicle looked like it did before the accident. Highly recommend Rivertown Collision! Customer service was horrific. The owner of the shop paired with his gf/wife (office manager) were the worse. They tried to milk the insurance company and when it backfired their entire demeanor changed. Wouldn’t let them fix a bicycle after the experience I had!Services: Painting

Horrible Horrible Horrible. The worst customer service I've ever seen. The office clerk is very disrespect. I just asked when our van would be ready & she say whenever it gets ready. I wouldnt send a pet over there. Please don't use these unprofessional people. Calvin collision on airline hwy going toward sherwood is 100% better

Not very happy, got our Jeep Patriot back. Lug missing and cover for tire missing that was replaced. Entire wind shield wiper assembly and blade missing. Not sure what else we might find missing. Now we have to spend more money before rain comes this week.

I had my 2021 Ram 1500 repaired there due to some front end damage. They were very friendly when I arrived. They walked me through the process of everything even helping me with information about rentals. They gave me an expected time but cautioned on the time due to being back up from the hurricane and trying to get parts. Took a little longer than expected but it was very quick service for just having the hurricane. Was a very great experience through the whole process. Great customer service when I called just to check on the status of the truck. Truck looked just like new. Excellent work!Services: Painting

Great work from these guys. The best costumer service. Kept me informed through the whole process. Got my truck back quicker than it was expected. There was a longer time than usual due to being backed up from the storm but great shop they really will take care of you!

I had scratches and in my paint from storm damage. Lisa was so friendly and helpful. She explained everything and walked me the process. She kept me updated. And got back on the road for home. I highly recommend Rivertown.Services: Painting
