Since my first experience with Regions I was treated very well and they always did everything to solve any problems I had. I am happy with this institution. I want to thank three people in particular Ike, Blanca and Nancy.

Today my daughter opened her 1st savings account. Paige was so welcoming and truly listened to my child. At a young 8 years old she has her own opinion and voice. Paige truly respected that and didn't shut my kid down when she wanted to conversate with her during the process. Then she asked my daughter to go up to the window and personally helped her make her 1st deposit. Thank you Paige for making this such a good experience!!!! This was something my daughter truly look back on as a positive memory of banking!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I don’t recommend this branch to anyone! We had an appointment on Friday and were greeted by MaryAnn (sits in a fancy office, but not sure if she is the manager or not), who refused to help us. She directed us to a teller, and after a wait, said teller stated she could not help us, and directed us back in line, behind 2 other customers. After waiting, MaryAnn came out of her office and inquired if we had been helped, I said no. She then rudely said “I told you to go to a teller”, to which I replied said teller couldn’t help us. She then walked off, and refused to help us. This is not the service we expect from Regions when we have 4 accounts with them! MaryAnn was beyond unprofessional and could care less about her customers. We will likely be taking our business elsewhere after this experience. Beware as they have a 1.7 star rating for a reason!

I am less than happy. I came by a weekend and discovered that the ATM was broken with no signage! I just think that's rude!

This bank, not just this location has the worst service for their ATM imaginable. 9/10 you can never make a deposit and 6/10 their atm is being serviced. They also don’t have an ATM inside because “reasons”. This is only one of the 12+ issues I’ve got with regions. Chase is 1000x a better bank than regions.

I arrived at 405 pm to make a bank transfer and the manager told me that I was late and could not help me, and that they close the bank at 5 people no longer want to work I am going to close the accounts of that bank very badly administrating them I advise that that is the only thing we can do because nobody does not help when they make those mistakes so that they break or close it.

Left my wallet at home and needed cash. Only ID I had on me was my Government Issued Veterans ID card. They wouldn't take it.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Literally every time I go, the ATM does not work properly!
