Terrible communication and i wouldnt advise getting a RV (boat loan) dealt with them for over 3 weeks and still havent got the loan finished and its nearly impossible to get in touch with my loan officer. Their rules and guidelines are wayyy too strict and they held the loan up over a peice of paper. The loan officer i got on my loan is terrible its literally her second boat loan ever and she has absolutely no idea what i fo she needs and she constantly keeps making mistakes that hold up the process. Terrible credit union do not recommend!

My husband is going on 2 weeks on trying to get a loan here.. He banks with this place.. Its impossible to get the loan officer on the phone, he has been approved, and everything has been verified.. but seems thats as far the loan officer has gotten.. Now shes on vacation, so we will see what happens next week..

Try calling this place. Several “press one for this that and the other” no one to answer the call. Non existent customer service.

I have been calling the loan department for two weeks they pull my credit and I send them all the information that they ask for and I haven’t heard back from them yet really bad service. I can’t even get a phone call back are talk to the lady that’s been handling me application not good service

Since the merge with your company things have not been right. I've been trying to get the correct spelling of my group name and it's still incorrect. It's been since August 2, 2020 with this matter. I drove to Prairieville, La on September 2, 2020 spoke with your employee Allison about this matter. She informed me that she would get this matter taken care of and email me the information to make sure its correct. I have not heard anything from her.
