I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company on November 21,2023. It took four weeks for one garment to returned. My son Senior letterman jacket was damaged by your establishment. A jacket that was newly purchased in October has been ruined. Genuine letter discolored and the blue dye was bread into the letterman yellow. The jacket was covered with lint and hair and basically returned in an unused condition. The letter has been dried out. The embroidered stitch unraveling from poor handling and care. I will be filing a formal complaint and report for damages and compensation.
