Where to start .... long 14 hour work day. Figured quick MD burger and fries would hit the spot. I normally check ratings , this time I didn't boy I wish I did. Ordered on the touch screen inside, they werent that busy. I got a Quarter pounder with cheese , cheeseburger and a deluxe crispy. I live 5 minutes away shame on me i should have checked but 3 miles away and ALL 3 meats were temperate ?? Fries were hot tho which were neslted near the burgers so they should atleast have been warm. To top it off .... I paid for 2 sweet and sour sauces. NONE to be found and I was already home. I will never go to this one again until these ratings come up. Please heed these ratings !!! There's a reason it has 2.9 stars!!

Terrible customer service, untrained employees. Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Will not be visiting this location. Waited forever for a mobile order. Food came out cold.

While the French fries were nice and hot the people who were working had an issue with reading, because they took the order right they just made the complete opposite of what I ordered.

Idk what the point of having 2 drive-thru’s is if you only have one person taking orders. I watched 3 cars in the other lane take their order while I waited for my order to be taken.

Waited for over 20 minutes in the drive through in front of the order screen and wasn’t waited on… horrible customer service. We called to asked if anyone was going to take our order and the lady said, “sorry we are short staffed.” Proceeded to not take our order still. We left and went to Burger King and was waited on instantly.

Arried at this McDonalds with a mobile order for drive thru and 6:35pm and didn’t complete my pickup for a total of 30 minutes.When I pulled to the speaker, they did not have my order apparently, “wasn’t showing on their screen”.But when I pulled to the first window I was prompted that I needed to pay even though I had already online.At the second window I received a small Hi-C and and large coke. (this wasn’t noticed til I was home) But I ordered a Large Dr. Pepper and Large Hi-C.At the third window I was given my food, as one of my fries were not the correct size, I just pulled off to not have to deal with them anymore.But after I pulled completely out of the parking lot I had to drive down airline make a U-turn, go back to Germany then yett again make another U-turn on Germany to get back because I was not given my 2 shakes.My sister walked inside with another woman who was doordashing, who also was having troubles with her orders not being done in a timely fashion as doordash requires for the drivers. Anyways, they try to give my sister the two shakes that were premade, after already standing there 10 minutes without being acknowledged. They were completely melted, she did not take them and waited for new ones. The “manager” who snatched the drinks from the counter truly needs a evaluation. The employees asking to go on breaks and to the bathroom when my sister and doordash lady needed help.I would recommend going down airline to the Gonzales Location. Sad to say my food was completely cold by the time I got home.

Waited 20 minutes for food, they forgot order and needed me to give them my receipt. Then still brought the wrong food out to the car. Had to go in to get the rest of the order. Terrible customer service.

One of the managers there needs to be reprimanded or fired. She caught an attitude with every customer that ordered food, throwing her hands in the air and rolling her eyes.

Not very happy with this one. Went to the drive through that’s has two lanes was told to wait and they proceeded to take others orders first who showed up after in the other lane.
